League Of Legends- Ramuth

Ramuth- The Elemental Phantom All abilities are set to lvl 18

Ramuth is a support tank, his heals and stuns can make him one tuff support

Passive-Immortal Phantom- every basic attack Ramuth gains 2 elemental orbs, and gains 1 elemental orb every 1.5 sec, max is 100, upon death only if you have 100 elemental orbs, you come back to life gaining 25% of your hp back and orbs are set back to 0 (you wont lose orbs)

Q-Water Barrier- gives an allied champion a temporary sheild that grants 30 armor an blocks all projectiles for 3 sec and gives 170 (AP) hp

W-Lightning Stike- smite a enemy unit that deals 220 (AP) damage, and stuns them for 2 seconds Passive- every third basic attack, Ramuth does a chain reaction, 3 other enemies are damage at the same time dealing 25 (AP) bonus physical damage

E-Set A Fire- Ramuth shoots a fireball in a single direction, upon impact the fire expodes dealing 260 (AP)and sets all enemies on fire rapidly dealing 15 true damage in 2.75 sec. (if fire ball hits yours Earth Elemental, the minion will leave a fire trail where ever it walks setting them on fire rapidly dealing 15 damage in 4 sec, also minion does 10 bonus physical damage

R-Earth Elemental- Summons a earth Elemental that lasts for 45 seconds, minion deals 120 (AP) damage in .75 sec. Minion can be controlled by holding R key and right clicking. Minion has 4000 Hp, when minion dies it grants you 350 Hp to you.

guys if you thumbs down please explain why, for instance...

Passive : I enjoy the concept of your passive, though i feel that It needs balancing... why?, without auto attacks your 100 stacks take 150 seconds (only 2.5 minutes) with auto attacks it takes much, much less. You will be helping AA minions to encourage pushing and farm if bot, or solo top lane to avoid stealing creep count on accident. Bot lane you take Relic Shield and it gives you a reason to attack the minions on top of your passive. Another issue is that, this ability couples too well with the Guardian's Angel. Consider having him unable to gain stacks while dead AND removing all stacks upon death, regardless of time spent alive.

Another big issue your champion has is no scales, costs, or cool downs. This makes the champion feel incomplete and wont allow anyone to efficiently criticize your work to allow you to make improvements. I know you said all abilities are maxed but we need to know everything, early, mid and late game, in order to help you. We cannot help with incomplete data. Having said that...

Q : does this act like a Yasuo wind wall? If so that makes this ability ridiculously broken as you eliminate all damage in a moveable area. Is it self cast-able? Or does it work like Braum shield where the target absorbs all the damage? This would be ineffective on anyone but the tank for your team.

W : depending on costs and cool downs, your W could break the champion. I've seen people post champions with a 2 second stun and a 1.5 second cool down, without and CDR. Your passive on this ability sounds like Kennen passive meets mini Statikk Shiv.

E : once again, this ability needs to know information to judge it... cool down, cost, size of AOE, how quickly is the True DPS (every second?.5 second? .25 second?

R : okay so doing the math, your minion will deal 120*4=480/3=160 damage per second. I am assuming this is the AA damage? also what are the other stats? MS? AR? MR? and that health pool... is most likely BIGGER the your own health pool... that is another problem, plus is the 350 HP a heal? or an increase to your health pool?

I am also noting that i have an elementalist type champion saved on my computer (along with 5-6 others that i haven't posted on here yet), who will be joining the two i have on here Mary Aunette, The Puppet Master. Based on the skill set listed, he doesn't seem much like a support.

None of the abilities listed say anything about heals. If his stats are tanky, he's more like a Vladimir with AOE, DPS, a minon, and CC.

I'm in agreement with Dust on the passive. As interesting as it is, it's a little too strong and will encourage players to deny their marksman the farm they so desperately need early game. My advice? Increase the number of orbs required, set a lengthy cooldown, and remove the AA proc.

The Q is also a little wonky. Why an armor buff and a shield at the same time? And again, as Dust said, having a mobile Wind Wall is just too much. It should either be a stronger buff or a barrier that soaks up damage.

Continuing on would just be repeating what Dust said, so I'll cut myself off here. This champion needs some more thought put into what his role is in the game, what makes him strong, and what his opponents can exploit.

Not really a tank nor a support, more of a mage. I would also consider changing the name, it sounds like someone with a lisp saying Rammus.

If you wanted to make this a support then giving him high damage is not a good idea, he needs utility and sustain.

The passive gives too many orbs too quickly, as long as you are basic attacking it should be up about every minute (of course i assume there is a cooldown?). Plus, as a support you really shouldn't be basic attacking too much so a passive that encourage it fits better on a different champ.

The shield is too strong, blocking all projectiles is too much and way overdone now at this point. Having 1 ability that both blocks and heals is a bit much, those should be in 2 different abilities.

Personally i think the lightning strike should be a skillshot not a point click, adds skill and counterplay. The passive of that ability doesn't really fit on a support.

The E is just straight up a mage move, it offers no utility just pure damage. The supports job isnt to kill it is to help the ADC kill and to make sure they do it alive.

The Ultimate is interesting but its basically Tibbers and Tibbers is what makes Annie unique, this would take away from that.

My suggestion would be to make it a mage rather then a support and to change the name.
