You're posting on a PUBLIC forum, and therefore you should expect the communities opinions and responses. People aren't "hating," they're being honest. Do you want everybody to congratulate you on something they don't believe is good? Would you rather people lied and gave you false hopes?

It's always cool when players come up with new champion ideas, but you can't deny you're being pretty vague. It honestly doesn't look as if you put to much work into this (not saying you didn't, but from my stand-point, looks like some hasty work).

Also, avoid spamming. You can edit your posts ;) I hope for your sake you'll get a reply from a RIOT employee!

Lol what, all abilities lvl 18? Troll post? 260 base damage at level one would 2-3 shot people.

You should probably have been clearer on that, then. Your wording is very vague about that.

If you want to figure out good numbers for your skills per rank, look up similar skills other champs have using the Wikia and use numbers close to theirs. It's what I usually do.

First off, chill. If Riot doesn't pass the first iteration of a champion, we plebs should expect some revising to happen when we make stuff. Don't be angry or afraid when someone suggests some change. They wouldn't do it if they totally hated the idea.

Overall- Some sort of big ice giant, I guess? You should follow this theme, if that's what it is. I don't see a need for him to have any sort of ability power rating, given that you state all of his damage as physical (other than the ults true damage). He seems to be some sort of sticky fighter (tanky DPS). This is all conjecture, but it's what I'm basing my comments on. If I'm wrong about this, please, tell me how, and I'll adjust accordingly.

Passive- This passive is too strong. It procs more than twice as often as Caitlyn's passive (she has the same sort of effect) while doing more damage. It's a free IE every THIRD hit. I'm just gonna build two attack speed items and a Hydra on this guy and laugh. As such, it would never be allowed in, and it doesn't work thematically with him, from what I can tell. Maybe some sort of passive defense?

Q- Is the Q a skillshot or does it roll until it strikes the area indicated? If it's a skillshot, then it's Olaf's Q. If it rolls through minions and such, it would actually be kinda cool to see a giant snowball eating creeps in its path.

W- There's a reason the only AoE fear in the game is an ultimate. Another slow would probably work better, or maybe a knockback/knockup. Sticky fighters need some way of getting on a target and holding it down, either of those would work.

E- You're not really gonna need the movespeed on this, so the second passive is overkill, I advise removing it. A displacement/throw skill on a fighter would be amusing to see, but it probably shouldn't be allowed to affect enemy champions. That would make it overpowered.

R- I feel like he doesn't need a second leap, he doesn't strike me as an assassin. Why not a stun in an area around you, along with the damage?

Anyway, that's just my thoughts on the matter.
