A New ADC Concept

I want a new ADC and I was thinking a woman. Her name would be Reign. She would be related to Draven. Her ult would be global. She would throw 2 chakram like the one Xena, but she would have two. She can catch them like Dravens, but they come back like Gnar q, but instead of building aggro it gives her 0.02% ad on stack and a percentage back of mana. This would be her w Her w would be used as a lunge or jump a short distance. Her w would be get lifesteal back based on stack as active and as passive gain movement speed and decays over 4 seconds. Her R which would be her ult would throw out 2 chakram and the launch anywhere globally but they curve around instead of coming back straight. Each person that is hit is slowed and damaged based off base damage per every 6 ranks and a percentage of damage off items. She is a female. She will have short hair. She is kinda smart mouth, but can be protective. Her background is Army because I am a Army Veteran. Even though she can shoot guns she prefer her chakram because they are light and can be up close and personal, but go long distance.
