Hello, I have been on doing good with good sportsman behavior and every time I am given keys. This is nice however, the key is nothing if I am never getting a look box for it. Like can we balance it to where if I recieve 3 keys that I can get one box or something. Because currently I have no boxes to use the keys for.
Loot boxes are “banked” and then “unlocked”. You start with 4 banked loot boxes, and whenever you’re less than 4 banked boxes you’ll bank a new one every week. You can unlock a banked loot box whenever you a) have a banked loot box to unlocked, and b) you or a premade teammate gets an S on a champion for which you haven’t yet unlocked the loot box this season.
It shouldn't be that hard to get loot boxes. Everyone gets them by getting (or having a premade) get an S grade.
I am sitting on 13 boxes and not enough keys to open them.
I think you need to get S's on different Champions in order to get boxes, so...Yeah.
I mean we get honor capsules already, I know they don't drop often and usually only contain champion shards.
I'm getting loot boxes every week or every other week and sometimes I max out and I have to wait the subsequent week to get boxes... and I still have extra keys... Are you and or your queue buddies just not getting S-/S/S+ as grades on the champs you and your friends play?
The game rewards you for playing well and encourages playing a variety of roles by making each champ have only 1 chest available for a while.
That's my problem. I suck at the game but I get honored a lot so I have 13 keys and no chests right now. (I get chests for the 1-3 champs I'm good at all season.
You could be in my place with 5K blue/Orange essence with more incoming blue essence, and 100+ champ shard with none to unlock, and 9 skin shards...
You'll be fine just unlock the boxes as they come available [katarina-love]

Since the inception of this horrible honor system, I have limited my playing sessions to the weekends for the most part. Usually about 50 or so games on the weekends. Every Friday I log in to play and I receive keys. I am still honor level 2. That's how fucking absurd this system is and my theory is if you are a passive sheep and don't say anything at all, ever in game, that is the only way you move up in honor.
I am sure people will throw their two cents as to why they think that is but unless you have some official proof and not how you think it's calculated then please don't waste your time because you are wrong.
IMO, the honor system is tailored to the casual player who basically sucks at this game and ruins game after game yet they get honor because, while they ruin games all the time, they never say a word.
Wonderful system that encourages failures.
