They're working on it. Sorry, but you'll just have to wait. Begging for it won't speed anything up. It will come when it comes.
It is confirmed that they're planning/working on giving him more or less a champion relaunch.
No skins added on top of this most likely, and he won't recieve one until he's gotten a VU at least.
he needs a seasonal/holiday skin!
