more custom runes like 2011 and past

in the past you guys have done event runes that are tier 1.5, 2.5, and 3 so can you possibly do that for some upcoming events i know a lot of people would buy them just cause in the past you have had them cost less than there tier 2 and 3 equivalences and just the fact that the runes are different and after the event would be consider rare would probably make people want to buy them
