Team/Personal Bank In League Of Legends

We all know that it's pesky having to deal with multiple items in League of Legends. There are times where you don't have enough space to store everything. Sometimes, you end up selling things just to make room (especially late game). This is why we need a team bank. This bank is used to store items and money and can be shared with the whole team. In addition to the team bank, you can have a private bank for your items.

The team bank has 6 total slots in it. Your personal bank has 2 slots in it. The team bank will have a slot for you to deposit gold in. The menu can be found in the shop tab (see https://gyazo.com/58e13fadd84ce6fdbc21d3e582579a65 for reference).

In the team bank, whatever you put in there is up for grabs. There will be a log showing all of the transaction that occurred in the bank. You can vote to prohibit people use from the bank if they are abusing it. Your person bank is yours only. No one else can access it but you. You can move items in your bank int the team bank or into your inventory.

This, like the item shop, is only accessible in the fountain. It is cleared after every game.

I can see people [trolls] abusing this; hence, the vote to prohibit option. Other than that, this idea seems to be very beneficial.
