{ Champion Concept } Jolt, The Smitten Warrior
Hello! This is going to be my first champion conceptual design! I hope you enjoy! Unfortunately, I do not have any art to go with it, As I'm not artistically talented when it comes to 3d models, or animation. ( I can draw a mean stick figure though)
Small Background: Yes, He is a lightning champion. He uses yellow lightning abilities, and could possibly be a foe of that little rat Kennen.
Passive: Ticking Glow
- Every 50 seconds, Jolt charges a small bolt of energy behind his head band around his forehead. When his energy is completely formed, he can use it to empower any one of his abilities, or choose to shoot it out as an extra ability, as a thin skill-shot that deals minimal amounts of damage.(Activatable by clicking the passive icon) If the skill shot is not activated after 5 seconds of the energy being charged, the energy will exit his body from top to bottom, shocking a small area of effect around himself, silencing enemies caught in the radius for 0.75-1 second.
Q Ability: Pulse Fire
- Jolt sends a skill-shot of lightning in a targeted direction. (This lightning travels faster when Jolt is in Zeus Form) Dealing damage and gaining a stack of smite. Upon reaching 10 stacks of smite, his passive refreshes instantly. The only way to gain a stack of smite is to kill something with this ability.
W Ability: Zeus's Clap

A large cone of CC and Damage! When casted, The outer edges of a large cone begin to collapse into the center. Anyone shocked on the outer edges of the cone will deal damage and slow enemies. Anyone shocked on the inner edge of the cone will be stunned. Anyone shocked in the origin of the cone will cancel the cast of the ability.

Zeus Form: Jolt will become an un-targetable mass of glowing yellow lightning ( Entering Zeus Form ). When moving the cursor (similar to sion's ultimate) he will move himself and the enemy OR ALLY CHAMPION along with him for 1.5 seconds (gaining movement speed of course), damaging enemies and shielding allies along the ride.
E Ability: Physical Boundaries
- Jolt drains energy from his target. "Exhausting" them, Applying an increasingly stronger slow over 2.5 seconds, and slowly decreasing their vision range. This range reappears after the slowness effect ends. If an enemy champion is slain while the effect is on, Jolt's passive refreshes and he enters zeus form for 2 seconds, allowing him to charge in offense or escape defensively.
R Ability - Ultimate Ability: Magnetic Field
- Jolt channels for 3 seconds, calling down a lightning storm. Every enemy champion is smitten, dealing little to no damage, but leaving a trail of invisible energy for Jolt to travel along. After channeling, Jolt has a brief window of 4 seconds to travel along an electric line to any enemy champion he would like (WITHIN A RADIUS OF COURSE). Upon impact with the enemy, they are stunned for 1 second, and Jolt enters Zeus form for an additional second, carrying the enemy along with him.
