A different type of stop watch or consumable that makes you invisible for a short while would be sick!

I don't think Riot will ever make an item like this. The fact is, some champions are just broken with stealth. From what I have heard, in Lux's original design she was proposed to have a w that functions similarly to her current w, but instead of shielding allies it would grant her and allies hit with temporary stealth. It was changed for similar reasons.
