Dear Rito... Lucian Skins?

Please Riot...Lucian fans need some cool skins. Why are there so many epic skins but not any good luc skins :(. When you think of champions with the worst skins, one of them that comes to mind is Lucian. He's commonly played and my favorite champion, I'd appreciate if a new skin would come out soon. My is becoming fully stacked.
