Lightbringer: update/rework

The Lightbringer was a good item back in older seasons but now adays it would be considered op. My idea is to ground it a bit more and combine it with my own item (the dawn dagger) which can be found here https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/iVxMbyE9-the-dawn-dagger

Lightbringer is still a late game item costing around 3200 gold (1000 if you have Dawn Dagger and a Zeal) 30+ Movement speed 30%+ Attack speed 25%+ Critical Chance

Unique Passive :grants a small boost of attack speed and and movement speed worth 5% with every 3 hits. The boost decays every 3 seconds when not attacking.

Unique Passive: Grants vision of attacked enemies for 6 seconds after they were attacked (it can see invisible champions)
