aight so lots of people will hate me for this idea, and idek why some people are toxic about this, but the idea was to get the most fun out of a game. this includes

-10 v 10 -new and bigger map design for 10 v 10 -85% cdr -no mana/energy costs -adding back the 1000x dmg and health like it was back in the old urf -blind pick champ select -duplicate champs are allowed (as many of any champ can be played) -5x gold and exp -5 vote surrender allowed from 5 minutes -4 vote surrender allowed from 7 minutes
