I have seen every single champion in urf. wether it be on youtube gameplay, or someone rerolling them in my champ select. All except ryze. everyone I've asked has said the same thing. Riot did you disable ryze in ARURF?

He did have a somewhat permanent CC from what I remember in the previous URF games.

They probably tinkered with the obtain numbers so he's less likely to appear considering what Ryze in urf can do...
