Would a Reality Marble ability work in LoL?

Following a post about Fate servents, I was wondering whether or not a Reality Marble would work in LoL. I personally think it'd be a great game-changer champion, but the creation of this champion would be extremely hard to execute. What are your thoughts?

Reality Marble A type of magecraft in which the user overwrites the world with a pocket dimension based on their emotional experience.

Technically Camille's ult is one...

In terms of overwriting the world, it would be hard to do for everyone but support or perhaps mage and still be balanced.

A Rioter said CT is working on a new champion (though still in its very early stages). I'm so excited [sg-kiko]

Edit: I meant if anyone will be so reckless to try it he would be CT. Am I right?
