So like maybe an anti- Black Cleaver, something that STACKS armor if taking AD damage from enemy champions.

Noble Cuirass + +850 Gold +80 Armor +30 Magic Resist Unique Passive: Upon taking AD damage from a champion, gain 5% bonus Armor up to 5 times for 6 seconds.

No, just no. Black cleaver exists for a reason, and a decent amount of bruisers have no way to kill tanks without it.
