Black Fog New Champion Teaser?
the guy hosting the puppet show? will he be like a puppet master or something? or is he not even gonna be added into the game. i mean they gave him a voice and a face so dont see why not.

He looks to me like Tabuu, a champion who was trashed pretty early in beta... Maybe they're reworking him?
He is Tabuu, but he won't be a champion. He is simply a "throwback" of sorts, similar to how "Helmet Bro" shows up in all the splash arts these days. It is just a fun little easter egg for the older players.
