Abilities
Passive- The Heart of a Monster Upon reaching a level, Kathryn gains 30% more attack speed, attack damage, and armor for 5 seconds. When she reaches levels 9 and 18 she gains 15% attack speed, attack damage and armor permanently
Q- Blood Lust When activated Kathyn's basic attacks gain more damage, when she kills a unit she gains permanent 2% life steal from minions, 5% from large minions and jungle minions and 10% from champion kills.
W- The Eye of the Beast When activated, Kathryn's field of vision is increased greatly, letting her see into the fog of war. /2200/2400/2600/2800/3000 per level
During Unleash The Beast The Eye of the Beast grants extended vision as well as vision of traps and wards
E- Prey on the Weak Kathryn reduces her movement speed by 15%, during this time she becomes stealthed and has 3 seconds to pounce on her next victim, dealing damage and slowing when she lands and gaining 10% attack speed for a short time.
Prey on the Weak allows Kathryn to leap without having to be stealthed, only gets 3 times during the duration of her ultimate.
Ultimate- Unleash the Beast When activated, all of Kathryn's abilities are upgraded for 30 seconds and active the entire time.
Blood Lust gives 30% more attack speed
The Eye of the Beast grants extended vision as well as vision of traps and wards.
Prey on the Weak allows Kathryn to leap without having to be stealthed, only gets 3 times during the duration of her ultimate.
Gameplay
Early Game When playing either top in the jungle with Kathryn, be sure to get Blood Lust first and max it immediately, making sure to kill as many minions as possible with it, this gives Kathryn plenty of early game. Get Prey on the Weak as your next ability for a good poke and/or escape as well as good ganks in the jungle. Get The Eye of the Beast last but level it second, giving you easy vision whenever you fear you may be ganked or when invading jungle. Make sure to get plenty of farm by last hitting Blood Lust.
Top Lane Tips When playing Kathryn top lane, farming with Blood Lust is essential. Watch your opponent, if they start getting aggressive check the bush with The Eye of the Beast or when roaming to help. If your opponent is pushing hard and playing aggressive, try to use Prey on the Weak to get out of sticky situations as you can leap onto minions, and if you have an easy lane poke and attack with it.
Jungle Tips
Don't kill large jungle monsters with Blood Lust and instead use them on the smaller ones to let you get the life steal as well as level 
. Always have The Eye of the Beast handy incase you want to invade, feel as if you are being invaded, for ganking as well as checking vision on Dragon and Baron. When you gank, using Prey on the Weak is very good as you get into lane unnoticed and can pounce onto the enemy, slowing them and allowing your laner tohelp. Ganking with Unleash the Beast is also very useful, as you can see wards and traps.
Teamfights
Kathryn is a great engager of team fights with Prey on the Weak as well as her ultimate. When going in on the entire team, engage with Prey on the Weak then activate Unleash the Beast for the other abilities, especially when going against champions like

for vision of his traps. As Kathryn you have much life steal, attack speed and health, you should focus the tank and distract them from the rest of your team so your team can easily kill of the squishies.
Building Kathryn
Life steal is essential on Kathryn because of Blood Lust make sure to build plenty of it along with tankiness, and a little bit of attack speed.

Kathryn was born in the powerful faction of Noxus, she wasn't a very happy child however, she never saw her parents and was the only child. One day when she was ten years old on a walk she was kidnapped and taken to somewhere she did not know. She was held captive for years and experimented on by a dark scientist. He eventually succeeded in mixing Kathryn's DNA with another creatures and made a monster.
