champion concept: Bovick, master of the ropes

Bovick is a cowboy like champion who uses a whip as a weapon. Lore would probably have something to do with him and alistar.

passive: long draw with every 3 levels, his range of his basic attack increases a decent amount and his abilities range increases a little amount.

Q: whip snap/whip crack does a good bit of damage and has a visible line on the ground sort of like jinx's w, zap.

W: boot spurs/saw spurs increases movement speed and does a little bit of damage when a foe is directly behind Bovick

E: lasso/ tie down

pulls the enemy in a little and spins them, making them dizzy (stunned for a small period of time and turns the enemy around)

R: 'Cause I'm wanted

empowers the abilities.

Q: increases the damage but still has visible line

W: increases the movement speed and damage

E: ties down to a wall or structure for 5 seconds or until an enemy goes through the line. the foe on the leash can still attack, but it will do less damage than regular and they will be confined to the radius of the rope.
