TOP 10 MOST NEEDED REWORKS DISCUSSION!

In light of the new reworks starting to come out in pairs of two i thought id write a little list for the top 10 most needed reworks, maybe get someone from riot to see it. This is, in my opinion, the top 10 most needed reworks in league. Please remember this all based on opinions and none of it is factual, if you have champions of your own in mind that i missed please feel free to discuss below, its called a discussion for a reason! Thankyou

NOTE: not saying these people are too strong or too weak but im saying they can either use graphical or exciting updates to bring them back into relevance

Olaf NOTE:Olaf is strong in lane, but mid game nothing is more frustrating chasing someone down by throwing your axes along with team fights.

Jax - no alistar - no sion - no urgot only needs some changes hecarim - no diana - no shaco needs buffs morde - yes garen - yes olaf maybe more speed BARELY

I'm curious about why you feel a shaco rework is in order. He has a really interesting and unique kit that works well. While his power levels and required skill mean he isn't played that much I feel a buff or smaller change would be more effective than a rework.

Garen is a simple champ, mostly designed for learning the game. I feel that leaving champs that like is helpful to the new playerbase even if it leaves him without any real viability later on (simple kits when strong feel like total bs)

As far as Urgot, Olaf and Rammus the seem to be in a decent place...All this leads me to wonder, when you say rework do you mean significant changes to their kit which redefines how they work, or maybe a shift in a single ability (like making rammus's taunt something less toxic ;) ok maybe I've just had some bad experiences with that)

I think Fiddlesticks really needs a rework,his abilities offer almost no counterplay and are all point and click.
