An Unpredicted Assasin
###Syth - The Unpredicted, Assasin of Noxus I looked around in the LoL shop, and found out, that theres very very few, only Shyvana i think, female champions which uses Fury. So I created one in a slight second of inspiration.
Main role: Jungle
Secondary: Top
Appearence: She is wearing mostly black clothings. Holding a dagger in left hand and a lasso in the right. The Dagger is straight and a little larger than usual, having a slight curve and are two sided. Her lasso is hanging in her belt, just beneath her cape which has red egdes.

#What I had in mind creating Syth Syth are inspired by Kled, The Cancerous Cavalier, (joke aside). She is meant to be an assasin jungler, going in with the early ganks. Peaking at mid game, then slowly fading out late game. She has no really bait potential, because she is meant to go right for the face of the enemies. She is specialized taking down the ADC or the Supp in team fights, using Q to easily evading, dogding, jerking, what ever you can imagine. The W is the main ability, its here her real power is. Her "knock out" combo is: Q, R, W. Letting her gather the enemies and deal a very high damage to all of them. For know her secondare role is Top, because I personally hate Assasins midlane (main: Vel'Koz, here for -.-)... Let me hear what you think. I accidently misnamed her, She's from Noxus, not Ionia, and I havnt written any lore yet. Hope you like it.

#Passive
Swifty As Fuck: Every second basic on same unit you have used an ability on, dash to the complete other side of the champion, in the dash, deal an ekstra [10% AD] damage to the champion passed through. This requires above 40% Fury though and the dash drains 20 fury.
_(On the second attack she dashes through the enemy, in derection of the cursor, or opposit if the curser is behind Syth of some reason). _
(Fury: She gains 10 Fury pr. ability, and 10 pr. basic. And looses 10 by getting hit with abilities, tho only 5 by enemy basic's. She has a max fury cap of 150.)
Slight Moves: Syth's abilities on enemy units steals additionaly [fury/10]% of max hp.
#Q - Tilt, CD: 12/11/9/8/7 Syth tosses her lasso onto an enemy unit. When she hits she pulls of, helped by the lasso, and flies over the enemy.
Syth uses her Lasso to leap to the complete other side of a enemy unit. During the leap she can use W or R, if not, the hitten enemy unit gains a stack of Overwhealmed (Syth applies 30% slow per basic on the Overwhealmet champion, lasting 1 second and can be refreshed by AA's the next 5 second). In the area where she lands (similar to the end of Fish's "Trickster") all enemy units in the area (50 units diameter) are slowed by 80% for 0,5/0,75/1/1,25/1,5 seconds and takes 50/60/70/80/90 [+60% AD] physical damage.
#W - Descend, CD: 20/18/16/14/12 Syth suddently stops in the air, then strikes downwards with her dagger first, she lands in a shockwave of dust and leaves a mark in the ground like if a comet had stroken.
(Syth needs to be in the air) Syth strikes with brutal force downwards (even leaves a mark on the ground), making a mark similar to Marphites groundslam (this cancels all knock airbound, even Yasou's ultimate), slowing for 20/30/40/50/60% and dealing 90/120/130/150/170 [+100% AD] physical damage.
#E - No one escapes, 15/13/11/9/8 Syth throws her lasso and catches an enemy champion, when she succesfully has the enemy in the lasso, she uses her lasso to pull herself towards the target.
Syth binds to a target with her Lasso. If Syth are enable to keep the target close enough during the next 3 seconds (diameter 400 units, Kled alike). The target will be dealt 50/70/110/130/150 [+60% AD] and Syth steals 70% of the hittens movement speed the next 2 seconds and gains +30/30/40/40/50% Attack Speed. While binding to the enemy Syth are unable to use Q.
#R - Sky Strike, CD: 140/110/70 As in the start of Descend, she stops, throwing her lasso around in a big circle gathering all enemy units just beneath her, then she strikes downwards to deal the final blow.
(Syth needs to be in the air to use this ability). Syth stays in the air, gathering all nearby enemies just beneath her (gather diameter: 200 units) dealing 100/200/300 [+50% AD] physical damage, then uses W (if its on CD or not), gaining 10/30/50 fury, and after landing she recharges all abilities besides R.
