Passive: Cuteness Lily is so cute that enemy champions don't want to hurt her 10% of the time. (Enemy champions have a 10% chance to miss their attacks/abilities)

Q: Spark Fires a targeted lightning bolt that stuns for 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds, deals 60/90/120/150/200 (+ 0.5 AP) magic damage and spreads to nearby enemy champions and minions but doesn't stun them.

W: Flower Power Passively grants Lily 6/12/18/25/35 AP and 5/10/20/25/30% attack speed

Empowers targeted ally champion granting them a 100/120/150/200/250 HP shield (+ 0.2 AP) , 10/15/20/25/30 AP, 20/25/30/35/40 AD for 5 seconds and heals them for 50/100/120/150/200 (+ 0.6 AP) HP.

E: Growth Passive: Every kill Lily gets she gains a flower that follows her around (max:10) Whenever Lily attacks her flower(s) attack(s) with her dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 0.2 AP) magic damage

Active: Lily plants a flower under an enemy champion's feet that grows for 3/2.7/2.4/2/1.5 seconds then grabs the nearest champion in a small radius dealing 6/7/8/9/10% (+ 0.3 AP) in magic damage

R: Kawaii Kamikaze Lily's super kawaii cuteness charms target enemy champion for 2 seconds and deals 100/150/200 (+ 0.2 AP) true damage but deals half of that damage to herself.
