New Champion Idea

I think this might be a good idea. Do you think this is good enough to get riot's approval?

This is a WIP post so pls be patient.

Passive: The champion can change its state whenever it wants to from the choices fire, ice, and earth. (You can change with the bar at bottom like kha zix and viktor.)

Q: The champion gives an ally or itself a shield and 10% of the target's max AP for 7 seconds.

W: The champion teleports to an enemy and does AOE damage and slows the enemy for 30%.

E: The champion fires a bolt magic that stuns the first unit hit for 1 second and slows the other units it passes through by 20%. (Does no damage and can be casted 3 times.)

R: The champion channels for up to 2 seconds then explodes in a very very larg area. (Effects will vary according to what state you are in.) Fire State: Ultimate burns enemy units hit. Ice State: Freezes enemy units hit for 1 second. Earth State: Does more damage than the other states and slows enemies hit by 30%.
