Null, the Darkening Void [HP Mage concept]
Null is an incorporeal entity much like that of a being of energy, that is the Void itself. Unlike other creatures of the Void. It's not purple in nature, but twists the Void into chaos so that is appears black, hence the name, The Darkening Void.
It uses HP costs to cast abilities, much like that of Vladimir.
LORE: The name, Null is what other beings of the Void has named this ball of energy. Some say it has existed since the beginning of the creation of the Void and is only a distant remnant of the chaos that the Void was once was. Its power is unstable, enough to bend time and space. Anything that touches Null would find itself engulfed by the Void.
It is only energy but is also sentient, it is theorised that lifeforms of impeccable knowledge and power were created from the energy of Null.
No one knows the true nature of Null and its origins. Beings wanting to become stronger sought the power of Null, but nothing can control the Black Void

Passive: The Darkening Void Whenever Null reaches below a certain % HP threshold, it becomes very unstable and is inflicted with Noise. Similarly enemies below a certain % HP threshold near Null will also be inflicted with Noise
NOISE: -Null gains access to Noise abilities -Null will convert a very small % of its damage dealt to true damage -Null after 10 seconds of being inflicted with Noise, will deal true damage instantly to surrounding foes if it is defeated. -Anyone that attacks Null will be stunned for 0.5 seconds with a 3 second cooldown with each enermy
-Enemies inflicted with Noise after 3 seconds will deal true damage upon death to surrounding enemies -Enemies with Noise deals reduced damage to a Noised-Null
Q: Absorb Existence / Annihilate (No cost)
Absorb Existence: Null fires a piece of Black Void from itself at an enemy, if it hits it will deal damage initially and then damage over 2 seconds, healing a % of damage dealt to the enemy
NOISE ABILITY: Annihilate Null fires the same ability, it travels faster, and is now AoE. Does damage initially and then damage again over 2 seconds to all enemies caught in the AoE Reduced healing against minions, increased healing against champions
W: Unstable Void / Unstable Dimension
Unstable Void: Null can cast this to become untargettable for 0.5 seconds for 3 times at 1 second intervals between each time.
NOISE ABILITY: Unstable Dimension Null can place the effects Unstable Void to every ally around him. Similarly it can be cast on foes in an AoE area to stun them 3 times at 0.5 seconds each with 1 second intervals between each time.
E: Increase Entropy / Decrease Entropy (Costs HP)
Increase Entropy: Null violently erupts its energy to surrounding foes sacrificing a % maximum HP, dealing % damage of their maximum HP
NOISE ABILITY: Decrease Entropy (No cost) Null absorbs energy from surrounding foes dealing damage, healing for % missing health.
R: Blackening Reality (Costs HP) Noise becomes untargettable as it instantly plunges into the ground, creating an AoE (as big as a Kennen or Amumu ult) for 1-6 seconds (can be cancelled early) which silences all enemies and allies lasting until they leave area, Null absorbs energy from the enemies and heals for a % damage dealt.
Enemies are inflicted with Noise instantly and if they die in this area, they will instantly deal true damage to foes surrounding them.
NOISE ABILITY: Allies are not silenced, and enemies are rooted for 1.5 second if they stand still for at least 1 second in the area, occurring only once.
WEAKNESSES: Noise is incredibly immobile and relies on its ultimate and W to escape harm, ADCs can take advantage of this STRENGTHS: Durable, and has hefty amounts of disruptive teamfight power, melee champions and tanks are in danger when they are near Null
