It isnt every game man, try and stay positive
It's your choice to get tilted.
That's why you play a pirate like gp or mf - they know how to stand up on unstable/tilting terrain. Thank you, thank you, I'll be here all week.
Aside from that, yeah you tend to be right about most games having 1 OR MORE people who just have no sense of how to play and you wonder how they even got to their current rank. Sometimes an encouraging word and a reminder of basics - like hug tower, ward up, etc. can go a long way to untilting them; other times, it just makes it worse and gets you harassed the rest of the game. I don't know if there is an easy solution to this.
Most influential player of the game award goes to.... drumroll... Your mid who fed early and often, so that the enemy mid and jg could influence other lanes and get them snowballing as well.

Never get tilted again. Worked for me, and I was on a massive tilt streak (won about 5/22 ranked games)
