Anivia desperately needs a visual update

All of her skins, besides Blackfrost, look way too flat. She received a much needed update in 2013, but now it seems shes outdated again. I suggest making the ice of her wings move with the flap of her arms, like they do on Blackfrost. Owning all of her skins, I would like to use the Team Spirit skin due to its rarity, but it looks so flat (and basically like play-doh) that I now tend to use BlackFrost more. This is the same for any of her skins. Also, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, UPDATE HER PORTRAIT ART. I'm tired of looking at a Pterodactyl that got ran over by a car. Just look at this thing, its worse than Zilean's AND Udyr's old portraits, both of which were updated. Shes not the most popular champion, so I understand her not getting much attention, but she definitely could use it. . The colors all look fine, but we can all agree her texture is flat.
