[GAMEPLAY] Pulsefire Ezreal can Arcane Shift while in the air from Nami bubble

Just played a ranked game against an Ezreal using the Pulsefire skin. Every bubble that landed on him, he was able to arcane shift away while still in the air, moving to a new location while still incapacitated from the bubble for a split second. He was successfully able to avoid poke from our ADC by doing this. Have not tested this yet to see if its a bug with Ezreal or the skin itself. If I do test it, I will post a video.
