----Abilities----

Passive [Enlightenment Lantern] If an ability hits an enemy, the next basic attack will have an additional effect based on the ability hit.

Q: Deal additional 5 - 25 (+12% AD) true damage.

W: Heal for 50% of AD.

E: Reduce the target's magic resist by 15% for 3 seconds.

R: Knock the target away

Q [Mist of the Dark] Leaves behind a dark mist that nearsights and slows all enemies in it by 25% for 3 seconds. After the duration the mist comes back to Doux dealing 5/15/25/35/45 (+20% of AD) to 20/60/100/140/180 (+140% of AD) magic damage (depending on distance traveled) in a 350 radius. Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana

W [Soul Temblor] Shoots a mist from his heart, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (+25% of AP) magic damage and slowing all enemies hit by 12/14/16/18/20% for 2 seconds. The damage doubles to enemies that were cc'd in the past 4 seconds. Cooldown: 4 seconds Cost: 45 mana Range: 475 Width: 250

E [Interference] Dashes in the target direction. The range increases if Doux dashes through an enemy or wall, dealing 25/45/65/85/105 (+40% of AD) physical damage in a radius of 300. The cooldown is increased by 0.5 seconds for every 105 units passed, and resets on kills or assists. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana Minimum dash distance: 425

R [Soul Stealer] Fires The Lantern that stops after hitting an enemy champion dealing 20/45/70 physical damage. Additionally, it spawns a mist that follows the target until hitting it, sending a straight wall that lasts for 3 seconds from Doux to the enemy and stunning it by 0.8 - 3 seconds (depending on distance traveled). Cooldown: 90/80/70 seconds Cost: 100 mana Range: 1650

This is a mixed champion. I don't like those. However, you've done it in a way that is somewhat satisfactory, unlike, say, Ezreal.

You lack lore, which is perhaps my biggest issue. The kit is different from Thresh, but the lantern makes me think of Thresh. Your kit flows somewhat well, despite being mixed. This could prove to be quite interesting, and I would recommend perhaps thinking more about it. It's a very good concept, but due to the lack of lore, there is little personality to this character. My recommendation is to solidify a lore, and drop it being a lantern. To me, it seems more like an unholy flail.

This isn't a BAD concept, by any means! It just needs more work, I would be willing to help you solidify it if you'd like..?

To be honest his concept alone reminds me a lot of Thresh.
