Poike, the Original
Here's a champion idea I came up with that's COMPLETELY ORIGINAL and also PERFECTLY BALANCED, although I do admit I did find inspiration in some of Riot's latest champs.
In-depth background: Poike if a pirate from Bl... Uh, Lokfar. He hates yordles.
Perfectly Balanced abilities: Passive: Poike gains a shield every 12 seconds equal to is AD. He also gains 30 permanent AD every time he kills a champion. He can also drop a pirate ship in the middle of the river which acts like a ward but Gangplank Ults any champions who come near. He also deals +50% bonus damage on his third basic attack. Finally, if he stands in a bush he instantly gains stealth, which persists as long as he's in there. When he leaves the bush, his stealth wears off after 20/25/30 seconds.
Q - First press causes Poike to dash and puts up a shield on top of his other shield. He damages and stuns anyone he passes through. Second press allows him to hook an opponent and bring them to him. Third press knocks the hooked opponent up into the air. Fourth press causes him to follow the knocked up enemy into the sky for a damaging follow up that stuns them when he lands.
W - Poike turns invisible and gains rapid move speed. He also recovers all his health if enemies can't see him (if they can, he only recovers half his max hp). Second press brings him out of stealth and does an AoE root around him, as well as giving him another shield. Allies who damage these rooted enemies recover health. Also passively poisons champs.
E - First press causes Poike to dash to a location and knock up all targets in a small area, while also giving him a shield (on top of his other shields). Second press causes him to dash to an allied champion, giving them both ANOTHER shield. Third press just gives another shield. Also passively increases his attack speed and attack damage.
R - Deals massive damage in a + shaped area. Deals bonus damage to enemies under 50% hp. Also deals bonus damage to enemies above 75% hp. If Poike gets a kill, all his abilities are instantly refreshed, his allies gain gold, and the enemy team has a 30% chance of being disconnected from the match. Also each level of his ult provides him 500 bonus hp because why not.
Roles: Support. Or anything, really.
Now I know what you're thinking: "This guy sounds a little OP". But he's not really that bad and besides, he's a high risk high reward champ. You risk the enemy team hating you for picking him, but you're rewarded with an easy game.
