GODZILLA CHAMP(CONCEPT)

So, after watching the Godzilla 2014 movie this thought occurred in my mind. 'Why not make a Godzilla champ?' These are my results after much thinking and thought (And time).

Name: Godzilla, The King Of Monsters

No resources used. No mana, energy, health or rage.

His voiceover would just be roars and stuff, since he doesn't talk.

PASSIVE: Rule of the king Enemy minions and jungle monsters will kneel before their mighty king, and will deal 20% less damage.

Q: Submerge MovBonus:25/30/35/40/45% CD=19/18/17/16/15 Underground damage: 50/100/150/200/250 Rise Damage: 50/100/150/200/250 Knock up Duration: 1 sec all ranks Ratio=50% Total AD Active: Godzilla submerges underground, all incoming cc gets converted into a 50% slow, but is targetable for the next 5 seconds. During this time, he gains a 1 sec movement speed bonus. He will also damage enemies he passes through. At the end of the duration or when reactivated, Godzilla will rise up from the ground, dealing damage.

Ult Bonus: Godzilla moves faster and the slow is reduced to 20% from 50%. He will also deal extra damage and knock up enemies within range.

DEALS PHYSICAL DAMAGE, 2ND ACTIVATION ALSO PHYSICAL DAMAGE

W: Chomp CD=8/7/6/5/4 Extra damage = 100% Bonus AD Ult Bonus = 200% Bonus AD (two chomps) Active: Godzilla replaces his next AA with a chomp attack, dealing extra damage.

ULT BONUS: GODZILLA CHOMPS THE ENEMY TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same damage applies.

DEALS PHYSICAL DAMAGE

E: Sonic Roar CD=10/9/8/7/6 Damage=70/100/130/160/190 Ratio=60%AP Active: Godzilla roars at enemies in a cone in front if him, dealing damage and slowing. If enemy is a minion or a jungle monster, then they will be feared.

Ult Bonus: Godzilla shoots A HOLY LASER IN A STRAIGHT LINE! this will deal damage to all enemies in a straight line for 2 seconds, and is unable to move during the duration. DEALS EXTRA DAMAGE!!!!!

DEALS MAGIC DAMAGE.

R: Power Up! (Please think of a better name for me)CD=120/100/75 Bonus AD = 40/50/60 Bonus health =150/200/250 Active: Godzilla becomes OP than before, getting blue scales! He also gets an AD bonus, Health Bonus and augmented abilities for the duration.
