So, this is a really minor bug that I discovered, something on the level of Thresh's E using his Q icon for the passive. The Guinsoo's passive stacking icon is still using the old icon. Steps on how to reproduce this: Buy Guinsoos AA something to get stacks observe the bug?
Not a bug, just laziness on the part of Riot's programmers.
They didn't update the tool tip picture (which is different from the shop picture) when they updated the shop picture for rageblade.
Thresh damage passive used to be on his Q and it was changed to be on his E. Obviously programmers never changed this one either.
I pointed this out not too long ago, but yeah doesn't seem like anyone has done anything about that.
