Hextech Chests in Champion Select
Someone else posted this a long time ago, but for season 8 in champion select, it should show you which champions you earned a chest on and which you didn't and it should be an option for organizing champions.

It's there. Click the chest icon at the top of the champ select and you can see who you can still get chests on... however, it doesn't appear if you are playing Ranked Queues.
