New Ticket Idea: Hunters Totem.

My Idea is a early game tricket that can assist a jungler new or not with leashing. The Hunters totem can be placed on the monster that you want to claim. When you claim a monster the exp and gold will be transferred to the jungler who claimed it. For example your adc "accidentally" kills the bramble leaving you with wolves and the dreaded krugs. With the totem near the monster, your ally cannot claim the exp or gold if they delivered the killing blow. When a enemy approaches the totem, it will break. So you don't need to worry about feeding a enemy jungler. For this to be balanced will be required to purchase the totem, And only ONE jungler can purchase the totem. 300 cooldown. and they last for 1 minute.
