Ohmwrecker

The effect of this item is...Alright when you wanna be judged by your team for buying it. But If there is no turrets in your lane your just holding a dead meme in your hand. So It got me thinking. Why not give this "ohmwreaker" a buff, If it can stop enemy's turrets from shooting why not give your tower a attack speed buff that will give you the kill gold. This way for the sneaky assassin's or Olaf's Tower diving The turret can be a deterrent to their plans. A weapon to surpass Meta Gear.
