Deep Terror Nami2 votesNo, it's a scam. Do not go to the site, do not share the link. It is not an official Riot page. Attempting to log in will simply give them your information, which they then steal your account to spam the link on the forums (resulting in a permaban of your account).
The only real promotions will be announced on a Riot website (lolesports, leagueoflegends, or riotgames). Riot Girl Tristana, Unchained Alistar, and Dreadknight Garen are the only current promotional content.
