Lag without bad ping

Hello, I was playing lol thos morning and i wasn't lagging i know i lag when people are streaming, but its night time so ik that no one is on. I'm lagging idk if its a bug but I'm lagging and my ping is normal. i'v tried to change computers to see for some reason it was the computer is not...
