Pirate Captain Jarvan skin? maybe.. Yarrvan?

I know you all worked super hard on the Burning tides event, and as part of it you released Bilgewater themed skins for a few champions. I understand Jarvan doesn't have ties to Bilgewater, but I still think making a Pirate Jarvan skin, or even a whaler Jarvan (maybe Yarrvan?) is worth looking at. His Q could be a boarding pike (or harpoon), his E could be a ship's mast, and his R could be the wreckage of a ship. Or maybe just a giant wave. I literally thought of this 5 minutes ago, so any other ideas would be cool. ^^
