Those Special Interactions we always hear about

So with every new champion or update, there are of course the "Special Interactions". For example, The interactions between Ekko and our favorite Timelord Hippie Zilean. Now, Ekko gets a lot of interactions to new champs, but, let's take Zil for example, there are no new zilean special interactions toward Ekko. I feel like this could do so much for the game (logistics aside). Imagine ending your triumphant game winning teamfight with a short series of back and forth quips between Zilean and Ekko. It's just an Idea, and I don't think I'm asking for too much. only a few lines per champ would be ok by me. As fun and good as that would be, I recall a Rioter addressing this some months ago. The Rioter said they'd love to do it, but it's usually very difficult and inefficient to get a previous voice actor to come back and do some new lines, not to mention they'd run into the occasional legal issue (the reason they had to get a new VA for Omega Squad Teemo).
