So I was wondering... wasn't Construction Worker Yorick gonna be a legendary or ultimate skin? Whatever happened to that?

As our good friend Hamlet would say "Alas! Poor Yorick, he doth not get the summon trucks of blue and red and yellow" (At least I think those were the colors)
