Why am I not able to add a picture file?

I can't add a picture file! :(, It literally stays at a 0% status for a verrrrrry long time and it's only 29 kb

Supported Types: *.JPG, *.JPEG, *.PNG, *.ROFL, *.TXT, *.R3D, *.LOG - does your file meet those criteria?

What browser are you using? Firefox 35 and 36 have issues with some java plug in's relating to file transfer.
