Honestly have to say that it’s a slightly underwhelming champion, but it is generally solid. That passive is actually really interesting and would love to see the kit synergize better around it. Also the ult is unfortunately very boring, I would like to see something of Balthazar being some kinda tacky showman with a wizard wand and top hat. Overall, it’s clean, it’s solid, and I love the passive. Good job!
