Skin Idea's!

I honestly think there should be more "funny" skins being made. That said, I have two ideas, but no pictures because my drawing is truly, truly outrageous(ly bad).

First idea was something like "Defiantly not Nami" In which Nami is wearing an "urf the manatee" costume.

My other idea was (slightly racist) Korean , In which Veigar is short (still) fatter, and his Q is a grenade, his W an artillery shell that falls from the sky, his E barbed wire, and his ult would be a sputtering nuke that shoots off little electric shots (just apparel) to make it look like it is short-circuiting. I mean no harm please don't rage/flame, I just meant it as a funny idea. What are your guy's thought? Should Riot do this? Have any other funny Skin idea's? (Any other skin idea's for that matter) If you can draw worth a crap then It would be awesome to see someones "Artist conception" for either of these!
