Mhm the idea of having an item that can temporirly increase attack range sounds nice. But this item would be op and a must-buy for every adc, if impemented the way you suggested. 125 attack range is a huge ammount for adcs, and they would be much safer in teamfights. I would prefer if it was a situational item and you'd have to trade off with something else. Give it rather defensive stats, so you have to decide if you go for damage or the increased range. Or make the range increase more unreliable with somekind of condition for it to proc, similar to steraks or zekes.

This is an interesting one. I do wonder if the passive lasts a little too long though -- it might be better on a shorter cooldown with no level-based cooldown reduction (I notice level-based scaling is a huge thing in a LOT of your concepts, and it's not always appropriate). Having a predictable cooldown timer seems like it might help this item considerably.

I might consider something like this.

+50 Attack Damage +30% Attack Speed

UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks deal an additional 15 physical damage on-hit. UNIQUE Active: Gain +25% Attack Speed, 15% Life Steal, and 125 Attack Range for 8 seconds. Cooldown: 80 seconds.

It's a slightly higher lifesteal spike but a lower cooldown, letting there be a bit more counterplay around it when/if you notice it being popped. It's also more frequently usable, meaning there's less of a downside to having it popped early.

I do worry a little about whether or not this item has a place in a game with BoRK already existing though -- they fill almost the same role (albeit in slightly different ways), and that's a little concerning -- I feel one will almost always eclipse the other based on what the current meta is.
