Name: Primara, Queen of Plants

Gender: Female

Lore: Primara grew up in brandle city, her best friends being lulu, ivern, and zyra. They all had one common interest, nature. One day she was taken away by a mysterious scorpion type being, she was held hostage there for years, then a mysterious thing happened, she started absorbing the life from the plant next to her using this new thing she used the power of this plant to explode the cage open, freeing her, she then vowed to help others before herself no matter what so people don’t have to deal with pain like she did all those years.

Summary of concept: She uses plants to empower her abilities.

Roles played: Jungle, support

This champion does not have mana or cooldown, WHOA DID YOU JUST SAY NO COOLDOWN??, yes I did but just read through and listen to what I’m saying. Plant Points are both its mana and cooldown. You have 3 Plant points (your passive is how the regen) and every time and ability is cast it uses 1 plant point.

Abilities: NOTE: abilities on this champion can’t be activated twice in a row!

PASSIVE - Plant Points - Everytime you break a plant in the jungle or go in brush you regen 1 Plant Point this includes her W, Brush has a 10 second cooldown before being used to gain a Plant Point again, this goes along with 1 plant point per 10 seconds, you start the game with all 3

Q - Change Form/Lethal Leaf - PASSIVE: You Drain the essence from jungle plants and gain special abilities, only 1 plant can be drained at a time, draining a plant replaces your old plant buff. ACTIVE: Gain an aura that anyone who steps in is poisoned for 3/5/7/9/11 seconds, and each second does 4/6/8/10/12 magic damage COST: 1 PP Range: 200

W - Growth - You grow a radom plant around you that has a 1 time use and does not regrow. When you do not have a plant form you can grow all 3 plants at once around you. Breaking using one decays the others. COST: 1 PP

E - Adaptations - This ability has different effects depending on what plant you consumed. Range: 750 COST: 1 PP Green Plant: This Heals you for 6%/7%/8%/9%/10% of your maximum health or your teammate for 5% of their maximum health.

Blue Plant: This grants vision of 1 enemy champion for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds, or makes enemies vision of an ally disappear if cast on them for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds.

Red Plant: This knocks up enemies and deals 50/70/90/110/130 magic damage. PASSIVE: Every 5 casts resets your form to nothing.

R - mixed berries - Use this ability by having all 3 plants around you, use all 3 plant affects 2 times from anywhere on the map, and each effect is enhanced, in addition, regrow all plants. COST: 3 PP and it can only be activated once per 2 minutes and can’t be activated in brush COOLDOWN: 2m/1m50s/1m40s

Green Plant effect is increased to 10% on allied champions. Blue Plant effect is increased to vision for 15 seconds, or cancel enemy vision for 15 seconds. Red Plant effect is increased to 150 damage plus double the blast range.

Reason I think this champion should be added: I think this champion should be added because it is a different approach/concept for a champion, there has never been a champion without cooldowns. This unique champion would give a more enjoyable time as support, knowing that they would get to roam and wouldn’t be restricted to staying in 1 spot protecting your adc. This idea would make you roam more around the map and set up ganks in the process. Many people have said to me that this idea would never work, that it would be to hard to support your teammate and roam jungle for PP at the same time, and this would result in your adc dying. But I made it so the ultimate would give you map presence everywhere so that you can support your adc without being there at all, this would consume all 3 PP but also isn’t so op where you can keep using this, the ultimate is the only ability with a cooldown and it was necessary for the champion to be balanced. I made it so the ultimate would require thinking, because the plant effect is rotated every use so you can just spam all in 1 spot, in other words it takes time and thinking to pull off correctly. This ultimate can be an absolute game changer in team fights but you can also get targeted while using the ability so it mean the team will have 1 less person present in the fight. Looking at this champion without seeing it may lead you to think this is stupidly broken or stupidly bad, but it’s not. It requires lots of skill and practice to get good with and is still a support not an adc, it has amazing global presence and to counter it has a high risk of being killed because of it. Its abilities help your team but also can help the enemy, for example, using your ultimate’s red plant effect ( if misplaced ) could kill your team by knocking them closer to enemies or enemies close to them. This champion is overall a very unique champion and is very hard to use but has very good potential to be an amazing team support. I believe this champion will give more power to support players and more excitement too!
