Custom HUD

Wouldnt it be nice if we could change HUD,can Riot just make a site with custom HUDs for download or even in game shop but for no more then 100 rp each,this HUD now is not ugly but it would be nice if i could change it to fit the champion i play in a certain game or just a color swap?
