*kunai While I would love to see that, it is unlikely. Mostly because it is important for the champion to be recognizable with the skin, how do you want to make his sniper stance (R) with that skin and it is still obvious that it's Jhin?

That being said, there is an ADC in the game, which would be a perfect candidate for such a concept: Xayah. She is using throwing daggers (her feathers), making these to be kunai instead isn't that far away like Jhin with his pistol/sniper combo. Kunoichi Xayah would be a great idea in my opinion.
