Grenuil, The Croaking Menace.

Grenuil is a vastaya (50% Human / 50% Frog). He's got electric blue skin, has 6 lime green lumps (Poison Sacs) on his back; 3 on each side from the shoulder blades to the lower back connected by a yellow stripes pattern in between the lumps. His arms are mostly human, his hands are normal but his fingers are webbed. He has mostly frog legs and feet. His head is mostly frog, his mouth seems normal but he can almost split his head open to reveal a huge tongue. His eyes are yellow and his pupils sideways.

I'm not sure of what he is wearing yet, but I want his torso to be bare and one of those Chinese rice hats that he can put on and off while in game (Or maybe not?). And maybe also a french accent for kicks and giggles.

His weapon is a katana called Torrent imbued with the water element.

ABILITIES

-Passive, Toxicity: "Grenuil's skin is covered by a layer of translucent poison that moist and protects him."

A-Poison Touch: Receiving Melee damage poisons the enemy for 3 seconds dealing true damage (5/7/10/12/15 +10% Additional Attack Damage) over the duration. Enemies cannot be poisoned again after the effect ends for 5 seconds. This effect activates on ranged enemies with Life Steal.

B-Venom Blast: Upon dying, Grenuil's toxic sacs explode in an area (Blast Range: 350) dealing damage to enemies around him and applying Poison Touch for 5 seconds. If the target is already affected, the countdown restarts.

-Q, Tongue Shot: CD: 18/16/15/14/12 - Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 - Range: 600 - Damage: 60/80/100/120/150 (+100% Attack Damage + 30% Ability Power)

Grenuil will shoot his tongue forward damaging and sticking it to the first enemy hit. After hitting an enemy, within one-second Grenuil can choose to leap towards the target. If he chooses not to, the target will be pulled 200 units towards Grenuil.

W, Jungle Mastery/Aqua Clone: CD: 22/21/20/19/18 - Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 - Range: 250 - Clones 1/1/2/2/3

A-Passive: Grenuil gains movement speed when entering a bush (lingers1.5 seconds after exiting) or while walking on the river. (15/18/25/28/30%).

B-Active: Grenuil will dash from where he is standing towards the mouse pointer and at the same time will crease water clones that last 1.25 seconds and dash in opposite directions.

E, Stream/Torrent: CD: 15/14/13/12/12 - Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 - Range: 125

A-Passive: Attacking the same target increases Grenuil's attack speed by 3/4/5/6/8% up to 15/20/25/30/40% (5 Stacks) for 3 seconds. Switching targets makes him lose 3 stacks.

B-Active: Needs 5 stacks. For the next 4 seconds, Grenuil's basic attacks damage all the units around him for 40% of the damage to the main target.

-Passive is active at this time. -Passive is not during cooldown.

R, Lethal Leap: CD: 110/100/90 - Cost: 120/135/150 - Range: 700 - Damage: 175/300/400 +(70% Attack Damage)

Grenuil leaps to an enemy jumping on top of them dealing damage and stunning them for 0.75 seconds. Within 1 second, Grenuil can choose another target (Ally/Foe) to jump towards them.

-Allies are not stunned or damaged, of course. -Can jump on up to 3 targets, cannot jump over the same target in succession. -During this time, Grenuil is invulnerable. -Grenuil can choose to land on the ground after the first jump.

Nothing is written in stone. I just wrote what I assumed would be reasonable (CD, Mana Cost and such). Please check it out and let me know what you think. Riot, feel free to take the whole thing or let me know why is a horrible idea (and I will understand, item 3070)
