Quick Champion Idea: Calculator Champion

So a quick thought that came across my mind randomly for a unique champion idea would be a "calculator" champion. A champion that uses numbers to damage his/her enemies. Maybe abilities that would a certain amount of damage depending on the MR or Armor per champion in game, or more damage to the enemy team if they have lower health or certain stats that end in an even or odd number? Or maybe the opposite; a support champion that heals his allies depending on if certain stats end with an even or odd number. Maybe a global ultimate like Soraka's that is a significant heal but only heals the allied champion if a certain stat ends in a certain number, or something like that. I know those are random thoughts thrown out there, but a calculator champion such as this would be a unique kind of champion that hasn't been introduced to the game yet, and it would be a champion that would probably require a lot of thought to play. This idea comes from an old video game that is a favorite of mine called Final Fantasy Tactics. Thank you for taking the time to read.
