I don't have any concept art of this, but try to picture it anyways.

Anytime Nasus kills something with his Q, a rail spike is driven into the ground with a satisfying "DONG" sound.

John Henry anyone?

I like the idea, but probably should go with a different sound than dong Heimerdinger
