LeBlanc is currently in a position where she can abuse most matchups, she's very safe due to all of the mobility, as super strong and easy roaming capabilities, her burst is so strong it's almost vomit inducing, and all in all at low ranks (where I'm at) it's really hard to lose with her. The only match with her I lost, had a DC from early levels.

I don't think at my rank she takes very much skill, you have to really just have the basic knowledge to not suicide rush in every single chance you get. You can get away with it sometimes, but it can very easily come back to bite you. As you continue to play with her you'll acquire that skill naturally anyway, and it'll always feel like you require zero skill to play her, but the fact is as you play against better people they know better how to deal with her and that's why she begins to need more skill.

She is pretty tricky because her wave clear is abysmal. She relies on her Ridiculous early dmg to zone the opponent from CS or pick up kills. You have to know when to trade and when to CS and when you can get a kill. She is fun as hell, and yes she is balanced. As balanced as something can be in LoL. Her job is to shut down a mid laner early and she does that well.

easy to do ok with her if you play carefully, hard to master,

the reason why i think most assassins are hard to master is because they must know when they go in, in low elo its easy because adcs tend to overextend, supports suck at protecting their carries but in a higher elo that does almost never happen so its up to you to keep an eye on those enemy cc cooldowns while being in a position were you can all in kill a carry and escape

lb is good at that because she cant get zoned properly due to her mobility, your goal is to come out of nowhere kill someone and go back to the nowhere you came from until your spells are out od cd again so you can start cleaning the tf

she should be deleted she so damn easy to win with and learn.

Honestly depends on your elo.

Low elo = No Skill, smash head into keyboard and get a kill

High elo = Fairly difficult to master

There are other champs like this as well, cough Katarina cough.

When she had a silence, the last thing I would have called her was balanced. Since they've taken it away and toned down the damage output a bit, she seems pretty fine to me. I wouldn't ever say she takes no skill though. To make great plays / escapes, you definitely need skill, now more than ever, while playing LB.
