I have an idea about a new Keystone for page Inspiration. The Expert Pathfinder is a rune who gives you 1,5% more experience gained before level 13. After level 13 the Pathfinder will give you 45% more gold from Minions, Camps, Kills, Turrets etc. I don't know how to explain because I don't have a good english (I'm from EUNE don't ask)

Seems interesting on paper but I'm not sure it would be fair in practice on some champions that make use of the 9% bonus experience per wave. Also, Shaco and other scaling champions would abuse that so hard. 45% more gold + future's market? Jesus.
Also, the trade-off for experience quints was the fact that you didnt get to use the other more important and quint-essential runes. This doesn't do that, because your stats are still fully customizable.

You know path finder was originally a item enchantment that let your smite item be like a support item. So maybe why not make it to give it more range on 
, 
and 
. And maybe give an extra charge (Max in inventory 2 => 3) and extra time (time active 10 =>15)
